Engineered as a direct replacement for the OEM bypass valves, this high-performance solution is designed specifically for the 2001–2005 Porsche 911 Turbo (996) and reflects Forge Motorsport’s commitment to precision, durability, and superior boost management.
The kit includes a pair of FMDV008PA billet aluminum recirculation valves—each machined to exact tolerances and based on Forge’s proven piston-style design, which is widely respected across performance platforms for its robustness and response. These valves replace the factory plastic units, which are prone to failure under higher boost levels, age, or frequent use.
Each valve features high-temperature Viton® O-rings for optimal sealing under extreme engine bay conditions, as well as Mobil 1 fully synthetic bearing grease for smooth and consistent operation. A proprietary internal spring rate is chosen to accommodate a wide range of boost pressures, making this kit ideal for both stock and tuned vehicles, including those used in motorsport or track environments.
For added versatility, the vacuum port on each valve can be rotated, allowing installation in tight spaces and facilitating quick servicing without full removal from the vehicle. The included custom silicone vacuum hose is engineered to withstand elevated temperatures and pressure, delivering added resilience over OEM rubber lines.
To tailor the kit to your style, you can select between black, blue, or red silicone hoses, and choose your preferred valve finish—anodized black or polished aluminum.

Maintenance Tip:
