The Forge Motorsport FMDVCS14A Blow Off Valve is a performance-engineered, piston-style bypass valve designed as a direct replacement for the OEM diaphragm-type valve used on the Ford Focus RS MK3 (2016–2018) and select Vauxhall/Opel 1.4T and 1.6T applications. Whether you're running a factory setup or an ECU-tuned engine, this valve ensures optimal turbo performance and long-term reliability.
Unlike OEM valves that rely on a rubber diaphragm prone to splitting and heat degradation, the FMDVCS14A features a robust piston-based design that delivers improved durability and boost response. The valve can be easily serviced and fitted with different spring rates to suit varying boost levels—ideal for vehicles with modified or tuned engines.
Important Fitment Notice:
If your vehicle uses the valve shown in Figure 1, the FMDVCS14A will be compatible. Vehicles equipped with the Figure 2 valve (often found on models produced post-2016) will not be compatible. Please check your vehicle before purchase.
To prevent potential P0101 diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), the ECU should be tuned or recalibrated to support atmospheric discharge when using this valve.
We recommend servicing the valve every 3 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first, to maintain peak performance.
