Description

Designed for the BMW Mini Cooper S and Peugeot models equipped with the 1.6L N14 turbocharged engine, the Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve and Kit is a high-performance replacement for the factory-fitted electronic diverter valve. Whether your vehicle is running a stock tune in a warm climate or has been tuned for increased boost through ECU remapping, this valve offers a reliable and durable solution to common OEM valve failures.

OEM solenoid valves often suffer from split diaphragms and brittle plastic retaining rings, especially after repeated heat cycles. These failures can cause partial or complete boost loss, reduced performance, or even catastrophic turbo damage. Forge’s solution eliminates these issues entirely by replacing the factory diverter valve with a piston-based, all-aluminum blow-off valve that retains ECU control while significantly improving longevity and performance.
