The Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake system is engineered to deliver increased horsepower, improved throttle response, and enhanced engine efficiency for 2016–2018 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD trucks equipped with the 6.0L gas engine. Designed with performance and durability in mind, this intake system optimizes airflow while maintaining an aggressive under-hood appearance.

This system features a custom-molded black Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) high-flow intake tube that promotes smooth, unrestricted airflow. High-quality reinforced silicone couplers, stainless steel hardware, and black anodized aluminum fittings are included where applicable to ensure long-term reliability. A large, high-flow conical air filter with an 8-layer cotton gauze design captures more dirt than traditional 6-layer filters while maintaining excellent airflow.

A custom-fit black powder-coated steel heat shield is included to help isolate the filter from engine heat, improving intake air temperatures and overall performance. Soft mounting bumpers eliminate metal-to-metal contact under the hood, ensuring a secure and vibration-free installation. With no cutting, drilling, or ECU tuning required, the Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake provides an easy upgrade with gains of up to 12 horsepower and 13 lb-ft of torque.
