Description

The Flowmaster Delta Force Performance Air Intake System is engineered to significantly increase airflow and performance for 2009–2015 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500HD models equipped with the 6.0L gas engine. Designed to complement performance exhaust systems and tuners, this intake delivers measurable gains in horsepower and torque while improving throttle response.

This system features a custom-molded black Cross-Linked Polyethylene (XLPE) high-flow intake tube, paired with black anodized aluminum fittings, reinforced silicone couplers, and stainless steel hardware for durability and a clean, performance-focused appearance. A large-diameter conical 8-layer cotton gauze air filter is used to trap more dirt than standard 6-layer filters while maintaining high airflow.

The intake includes a custom-fit black powder-coated steel air dam and heat shield, complete with mounting brackets and soft bumpers to eliminate metal-to-metal contact under the hood. Designed for ease of installation, this system requires no cutting, drilling, or special tuning, making it an excellent bolt-on performance upgrade backed by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty.
