Description

The Flowmaster American Thunder cat-back exhaust system is designed for drivers who want moderately aggressive sound levels both inside and outside the truck. Engineered specifically for 2007–2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 models with the 5.3L engine, this high-performance system also fits select 4.8L trucks.

This bolt-on, emissions-legal system uses 3.00-inch mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing flowing into a Super 40 Series muffler for a deep, powerful tone. The dual 2.50-inch stainless steel tailpipes can be configured in two ways: straight out the rear for a muscular appearance, or behind the rear tires on both sides—ideal for towing boats, trailers, or RVs.

Large 3.50-inch double-wall polished stainless steel tips complete the system for an upgraded performance look. All necessary hardware is included for easy installation, and the system is covered by Flowmaster’s Lifetime Limited Warranty.
