The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow® Chambered Muffler delivers aggressive performance sound with improved drivability using Flowmaster’s proven Delta Flow® technology. This two-chamber design utilizes delta deflectors to increase exhaust scavenging, improve overall performance, and significantly reduce interior resonance compared to the standard 40 Series muffler, while still maintaining an aggressive exhaust tone.
Constructed from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded, this muffler is designed for long-lasting performance in street, strip, and off-road applications. With no internal packing material, there is nothing to burn out or degrade over time, ensuring consistent sound and performance.
