Featuring a two-chamber design with Flowmaster’s race-proven Delta Flow® technology, this muffler enhances exhaust scavenging for increased performance while reducing interior resonance and harshness.

Delta deflectors inside the muffler optimize exhaust flow, producing a slightly milder exterior tone compared to the original 40 Series while maintaining an aggressive exhaust note. Constructed from fully MIG-welded 16-gauge aluminized steel, this muffler is built for long-lasting durability in street, strip, and off-road applications. With no internal packing to burn out, performance and sound remain consistent over time.
