The Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow Chambered Muffler delivers an aggressive exhaust tone with improved performance and reduced interior resonance compared to standard 40 Series mufflers. Featuring Flowmaster’s race-proven Delta Flow technology, this two-chamber design uses Delta deflectors to increase exhaust scavenging while maintaining a milder exterior tone and less cabin drone.
Constructed from durable 16-gauge aluminized steel and fully MIG welded, this muffler is built to withstand demanding street, strip, and off-road conditions. With no internal packing, sound performance remains consistent over time with nothing to burn out or blow apart.
This universal-fit muffler features a 2.25-inch center inlet and dual 2.25-inch outlets, making it ideal for custom exhaust setups where aggressive sound and proven performance are desired.
