The system uses 2.5-inch CNC mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel tubing to maintain smooth exhaust flow while providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Mandrel bending preserves the tubing’s internal diameter throughout each bend, helping support consistent exhaust flow and efficient performance.
For precise fitment and reliable sealing, FactionFab uses 3/8-inch laser-cut stainless-steel flanges combined with hand TIG-welded construction. The result is a strong, durable exhaust assembly engineered for long-term use and straightforward installation.
The polished 3.5-inch double-wall quad exhaust tips give the WRX an aggressive and refined appearance while complementing the factory rear valance. The polished finish provides a clean, high-quality look that stands out from the factory exhaust components.
