These high-flow catalytic converters deliver approximately 90–92% of straight-pipe airflow characteristics while maintaining emissions functionality and increasing performance beyond traditional cat bypass systems.
Manufactured from premium 76mm (3.0-inch) USA-made T304 stainless steel tubing, every component is CNC machined and CNC mandrel bent to provide exceptional fitment, durability, and unrestricted exhaust flow. The system uses smooth one-piece bends to optimize airflow and eliminate turbulence for improved exhaust scavenging and enhanced power delivery.
To maximize thermal efficiency and improve performance, the system is wrapped with high-temperature thermal shielding rated to approximately 2000 degrees and secured using 625 stainless steel material. This design helps retain heat within the exhaust system for improved catalytic efficiency, reduced engine bay temperatures, enhanced engine protection, and optimized catalytic converter operation.
When combined with the factory OEM muffler, the system delivers an aggressive and refined exhaust tone. Pairing these HJS race catalytic converters with the Fabspeed Revuelto Formula 1 X-Pipe exhaust system creates an intense high-pitched V12 Formula 1-inspired sound profile designed for enthusiasts seeking maximum acoustic performance.
Fabspeed's engineering process also reduces overall system weight significantly while improving exhaust efficiency and maintaining OEM-style fitment. Installation is a direct bolt-on process utilizing factory Lamborghini mounting hardware for a straightforward installation process.
