Enhanced Design and Superior Construction: Utilizing 3D scanning technology, our design process began by creating an accurate model of the OEM muffler, ensuring a perfect bolt-on fitment. The valve open tubing was expanded to 2.75 inches (70mm), the optimal diameter for GT3 engines, providing low restriction while maintaining high velocity and the distinctive high-pitched GT3 CUP car sound. Our signature investment cast X-Pipe ensures optimal exhaust scavenging by merging the two cylinder banks without restricting flow. The seven-chamber design mimics the OEM muffler, ensuring a drone-free experience even with catless race headers.
Signature Sound: This high-performance muffler delivers a tone similar to the OEM muffler but slightly louder with PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust) activated. The sound is smoother and higher-pitched, thanks to our proprietary X-Pipe design, offering an exhilarating exhaust note.
Impressive Performance Gains: Tested on our 991.1 GT3 RS with Side Muffler Bypass Pipes, the Rennsport Muffler delivers an impressive 27 ft/lbs of torque at 3,200 RPM. From 2,900 to 5,700 RPM, it consistently gains 10 wheel horsepower (WHP) or more, with peak WHP increasing from 446 to 454—a total gain of 8 WHP or 9 horsepower at the crank.
