Warranty
All Twenty Two Tuning and EXL Design products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Merchandise, including clothing and accessories, is covered for 6 months. Performance products from third-party brands carry their own manufacturer warranty; please check individual listings for details. Custom-specification products that are bespoke or built to your own specification are not covered by warranty.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Custom Orders
Custom-specification products may be returned subject to a 50% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on custom-specification items where production is complete and the product meets the specified requirements.

Import Duties & Taxes: Shipping itself is free, tracked, and insured. Depending on your country, customs may charge import duty or tax on delivery. These charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices, and are the receiver's responsibility as the importer of record.
