The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series 4" High Flow Metallic Catted Downpipe is engineered specifically for BMW EU/Asia-spec B48 engines. This downpipe frees up exhaust flow, improves turbocharger efficiency, and delivers dramatic gains in horsepower, torque, throttle response, and overall performance. Designed and manufactured in the USA from 100% 304 stainless steel, it features a 200-cell metallic catalyst for maximum durability and flow—far superior to the restrictive 900-cell ceramic factory catalytic converter.

Mandrel-bent 4" piping transitions smoothly into the factory exhaust system, while the CNC-machined V-band turbo flange and solid billet CNC ball joint maintain perfect alignment, precise sealing, and low turbulence flow. A stainless-steel flex section preserves proper engine and exhaust movement, preventing long-term stress and cracking. Each pipe is fully TIG welded in-house for strength, longevity, and premium build quality.

Optional upgrades include a ceramic black thermal coating to reduce underhood temperatures, additional O2 sensor bungs for wideband monitoring, and an EGT bung for precise temperature logging. This downpipe is compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems and is available with OPF-compatible versions for applicable EU/Asia vehicles.
