The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series 4" High Flow Catted Downpipe delivers a major performance upgrade for the 2021–2025 Toyota Supra 2.0 B46 engine. Manufactured in-house in the USA, this downpipe is engineered to eliminate the significant exhaust restriction created by the factory 900-cell ceramic catalytic converter. By replacing it with a high-flow 200 cell metallic core cat, exhaust flow increases substantially, resulting in noticeable horsepower gains, faster turbo spool, reduced backpressure, sharper throttle response and improved torque delivery across the powerband.

This performance-focused downpipe is constructed from 100 percent 304 stainless steel and features mandrel bent 4-inch piping for smooth, unrestricted airflow. Each unit is fully TIG welded and built using CNC machined components, including a precisely cut billet 304 stainless steel turbocharger V-band flange and a CNC machined stainless steel ball joint flange. Unlike the factory press-formed ball joint, which creates interior flow turbulence, the Evolution Racewerks billet ball joint maintains a smooth inner surface to preserve exhaust velocity and reduce backpressure.

The high-flow metallic catalytic converter withstands higher temperatures, offers increased durability and reduces weight compared to the stock ceramic core. The extended transition sections in this design allow exhaust gases to move smoothly from the turbocharger’s 4-inch outlet to the 3-inch exhaust system diameter, minimizing turbulence and promoting efficient turbocharger operation. Faster spool and improved throttle response are direct results of this optimized flow path.

A stainless steel flex section, modeled after the OEM configuration, is built into the downpipe to allow the exhaust system to move naturally. This prevents excess stress on the manifold, turbocharger and exhaust components, and protects the system from impact loads, especially on lowered vehicles. Unlike cheaper aftermarket designs, Evolution Racewerks uses a fully stainless steel flex section for superior corrosion resistance and longevity.

The downpipe is designed to integrate seamlessly with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems thanks to the precision-machined reproduction of the OEM ball joint V-band connector. Every downpipe is available in a brushed finish by default, with an optional mirror polish upgrade. Customers may also choose a high-temperature black ceramic thermal coating rated for up to 2000°F. This coating helps retain exhaust heat within the pipe, improving flow velocity, lowering underhood temperatures and increasing overall efficiency and durability.

Optional sensor bungs are available, including an additional O2 sensor port for wideband setups and an EGT sensor port, both supplied with pre-installed plugs. All hardware required for installation is included, and the product carries a limited lifetime warranty.

Performance benefits include average gains of 9–11 whp, 15 wtq on stock boost and more than 20 wtq with software tuning. The torque curve rises faster, peaks higher and holds longer, delivering a more responsive and powerful driving experience.

• Toyota Supra 2.0 (A91) with the B46 Engine — Model Years 2021–2025 (U.S. Spec Only)

This downpipe is designed specifically for the B46 U.S. spec engine. It does not fit vehicles equipped with the B48 EU/Asia spec engine, as the downpipes are not interchangeable.

Build Date Requirement:

BMW revised the downpipe bracket configuration on vehicles built September 2020 and newer. Choose the correct version based on your build date:
– 09/2020 and newer: One bracket on top and one on the very bottom
– Up to 08/2020: One bracket on top and one on the side
