The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series 4.5" High Flow Catted Downpipes are designed for the BMW B58 6-cylinder turbo engine, covering a wide range of 2016+ and 2017+ models. Engineered for maximum performance, these downpipes reduce exhaust flow restrictions, increase horsepower and torque, improve throttle response, and enhance turbo spool.

Performance Benefits
Factory downpipes are a major source of restriction, with high-cell-count ceramic catalytic converters that reduce flow and throttle response. Evolution Racewerks uses a 200 cell metallic core for higher flow, reduced backpressure, faster turbo spool, and improved throttle response.
The 4.5" piping matches the B58 turbocharger outlet, ensuring a seamless transition from turbo to downpipe and preventing turbulence. Longer transitions to the 3" factory exhaust improve flow and reduce backpressure, optimizing performance. A stainless steel flex section is included to absorb movement and stress, ensuring durability over time.

Ceramic Thermal Coating – Keeps exhaust heat inside the downpipe, reduces underhood temperatures, maintains exhaust flow velocity, and improves corrosion resistance. Black only, resists up to 2000°F.
