Description

The Evolution Racewerks Sports Series High Flow Catted Downpipes are engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and enhance overall performance on BMW’s twin-turbo N63 engine platform. Designed for the 2019+ BMW M550i, 750i, M850i, X5 M50i, X6 M50i, and X7 M50i, these downpipes replace the restrictive factory catalytic converters with a high-flow 200-cell metallic catalyst for increased horsepower potential and faster turbo response.

Constructed from 100 percent 304 stainless steel, these downpipes feature mandrel-bent 3-inch tubing, CNC-machined 3.5-inch V-band flanges, factory-style donut gasket retention, and OEM-positioned O2 sensor ports. All components are TIG welded in-house in the USA for maximum strength and long-term durability.

These downpipes maintain perfect compatibility with factory exhaust systems as well as aftermarket systems that mount using factory-style connections. A brushed finish is standard, with optional mirror polish and optional high-temperature black ceramic thermal coating.

The Evolution Racewerks design corrects these issues with a 200-cell metallic catalytic converter that provides significantly higher flow capacity.

Construction Quality

These downpipes are crafted from 100 percent 304 stainless steel, bent using mandrel forming for smooth internal airflow, and TIG-welded entirely in-house. The 3.5-inch billet stainless V-band flange is CNC-machined to match the OEM turbo housing. CNC-machined O2 bungs and laser-cut mounting brackets use stainless welding rods for maximum durability. All O2 sensors mount in factory locations for complete compatibility. This is a direct bolt-on upgrade.

A brushed stainless finish is standard, with optional polish.
