The OEM hose is known to expand, flex, or fail under higher boost pressures, resulting in leaks, reduced performance, and inconsistent throttle response. This TIC pipe eliminates those issues by providing a durable, lightweight, and precision-engineered hard pipe solution.

Constructed from high-grade 6061 aluminum, the mandrel-bent piping maintains consistent internal diameter and smooth airflow. This prevents ballooning or collapse under boost, leading to noticeably sharper throttle response and reduced turbo lag. The piping is perfectly matched at 2.5" to optimize intercooler efficiency and airflow characteristics.

The kit includes factory-style o-ring locking connectors that ensure a secure, leak-free seal at both the turbocharger and the intercooler. These CNC-machined flanges offer a quicker, cleaner, and more reliable connection than traditional silicone couplers and clamps used by other aftermarket options.
