Constructed from lightweight, high-grade 6061 aluminum, the pipe features mandrel-bent 3" tubing that matches the diameter of the factory throttle body—an increase from the OEM 2.5" pipe. This ensures smooth airflow, higher volume, and maximum efficiency. The kit includes a precision CNC-machined throttle body flange that retains the OEM o-ring and C-clip connection. This factory-style locking system is proven to hold over 25 PSI during testing and offers superior reliability compared to silicone-hose-based aftermarket designs.

A CNC-machined MAP sensor flange replicates the OEM interface for a proper seal, preventing boost leaks caused by silicone couplers. The pipe features beaded ends and T-bolt clamps to prevent intercooler piping blow-off under high load. A silicone hump hose is included for optimal fitment and flexibility.

The charge pipe is available in brushed, mirror-polished, or Type III Hard Black Anodized finishes. Hard anodizing increases surface hardness, durability, and resistance to dents—ideal for performance and long-term reliability. Two pre-welded 1/8" NPT bungs (one per pipe) allow easy installation of methanol injectors, nitrous nozzles, or boost-reference fittings. Plugs are included for customers not yet using injection systems.
