The Evolution Racewerks Crossover Exhaust Pipe is engineered to eliminate the factory flow restriction found in the OEM crossover section used on S58-powered G-Chassis BMW models. The stock BMW crossover pipe is flattened into an oval shape to clear the transmission, which increases turbulence, reduces exhaust velocity, and limits both torque and horsepower. Evolution Racewerks redesigned this section to maintain a full round diameter without any squishing, providing a smoother and more efficient exhaust flow path.

Constructed in-house in the USA, this crossover pipe features full 304 stainless steel construction, mandrel-bent 3" tubing, precision CNC-machined billet flanges, and 100% TIG welds for superior durability. The result is a noticeable improvement in throttle response, a faster torque curve, and quicker turbo spool.

The system is lighter than the factory cast unit and is compatible with both OEM and aftermarket midpipes, providing a perfect bolt-on fit with no modifications required. A high-temperature black ceramic thermal coating is available to further reduce underhood temperatures and increase exhaust gas velocity by keeping heat energy within the pipe.
