Built around a massive 20"x11"x3" high-density bar and plate core (26"x11"x3" including end tanks), this FMIC provides 660 cubic inches of cooling volume—35% larger and significantly more efficient than the factory tube-and-fin core. With 18–20 fins per square inch, the core offers superior heat transfer capabilities to combat heatsoak, ensuring consistent performance in both street and competition settings.

The cast end tanks are designed for optimized airflow distribution with smoother internal flow paths, improving throttle response and reducing turbo lag. The intercooler uses factory-style connectors for perfect compatibility with OEM or aftermarket piping and installs with no modifications. Each unit is pressure-tested to 50 PSI and includes all necessary hardware.
