The Evolution Racewerks Turbo-to-Intercooler (TIC) Charge Pipe Kit is a high-performance upgrade engineered for BMW N20 and N26 engines. The factory rubber charge pipe collapses under pressure and is prone to failing when boost levels are increased. ER solves this issue with a mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum hard pipe designed for maximum reliability and smoother airflow.

The upgraded TIC pipe maintains a consistent 2.5" diameter and eliminates expansion, ballooning, and collapse that occur with the OEM rubber hose. This results in sharper throttle response, reduced turbo lag, and improved airflow stability—especially when paired with the Evolution Racewerks main charge pipe for a full hard-pipe system.

Precision CNC-machined factory-style o-ring locking flanges ensure a perfect seal at both the turbocharger and intercooler connections, delivering a true plug-and-play installation. The pipe features beaded ends with reinforced T-bolt clamps, a silicone hump hose, and compatibility with the factory electronic diverter valve. Optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing provides added strength, heat resistance, and an OEM-plus stealth appearance.
