Description

The Evolution Racewerks Turbo to Intercooler (TIC) Charge Pipe Kit replaces the fragile factory rubber hose with durable, high-flow aluminum piping for the 2011–2015 BMW X1 s/xDrive28i and 2011–2016 BMW Z4 sDrive28i N20 turbo engine. By maintaining consistent inner diameter and preventing collapse under boost, this TIC pipe improves throttle response, reduces turbo lag, and ensures maximum power delivery.

Constructed from lightweight 6061 aluminum with mandrel-bent smooth bends, the pipe optimizes airflow and eliminates restrictions commonly found in the factory soft rubber hose. The kit uses precision CNC-machined flanges that replicate the factory o-ring lock design for a secure, leak-free, plug-and-play connection to the turbocharger and intercooler.

Beaded ends and T-bolt clamps prevent piping from coming loose under high boost conditions. Silicone hump hoses are included for proper connection. Optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing provides a stealth OEM appearance and additional durability against dents and damage.
