The Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe Kit for the 2007–2010 BMW 535i (N54 twin-turbo engine) is engineered to eliminate common factory weaknesses, improve throttle response, and provide reliable boost pressure control for both stock and high-performance builds. Designed and manufactured in the USA, this upgrade replaces the restrictive factory diverter valve charge pipe with a high-flow, durable 6061 aluminum assembly built to withstand higher boost levels and aggressive driving.

The charge pipe is built around a throttle-body-matched 3" diameter for optimal airflow. It features a precision CNC-machined throttle body lock flange that retains the factory o-ring and C-clip connection—far superior to silicone hose connections used in many aftermarket options. This factory-style interface allows quick installation and removal while ensuring a leak-free and secure seal even under elevated boost pressures. During testing, this connection held up to 25 PSI without failure.

A CNC-machined MAP sensor flange replicates the OEM sealing method for proper fitment and eliminates the boost leaks typically caused by silicone-hose-based designs. The piping includes beaded ends and T-bolt clamps to prevent intercooler couplers from slipping off under high load.
