The Eventuri BMW G2X / G42 B48 Black Carbon Intake System (V2) is a high-performance solution developed to optimize the airflow for the turbocharged B48 engines. The intake system is designed specifically for post-November 2018 models to address the unique challenges of maintaining low intake air temperatures (IATs) and reducing intake restrictions in the confined engine bay of the BMW 3-Series (G20), 4-Series (G22), and 2-Series (G42).

   • This intake system reduces restrictions in the airflow path while ensuring the air entering the turbo is cool, dense, and free from heat soak. The intake is fully sealed to prevent hot engine bay air from being drawn in.

   • Eventuri utilizes both the stock air feed and an additional secondary feed from the wheel arch area to increase airflow and maintain low inlet temperatures, resulting in a more efficient turbo response and overall improved engine performance.

   • The custom-made, ISO-tested high-flow dry cone filter provides superior filtration without restricting airflow, allowing the turbo to build boost more efficiently.
