The Eventuri Carbon Turbo Inlet Set is engineered to optimize the airflow path for the BMW F90 M5 and F9X M8, ensuring smoother and more efficient turbo performance. By increasing the volume and diameter of the inlets, this set allows the turbos to spool more quickly, helping to achieve peak boost pressure sooner.
The stock inlets narrow down immediately after connecting to the intake, creating a restriction that can limit performance, especially at higher boost levels. Eventuri has addressed this issue by maintaining a larger diameter throughout the entire length of the inlets, which reduces restrictions and improves airflow to the turbochargers.
Crafted from high-temperature prepreg carbon fiber, these inlets are designed to withstand the high heat of the engine bay while offering superior durability and performance. The curvature of the inlets has been refined to be as smooth as possible, further enhancing airflow efficiency.
This system has been tested extensively, and while some inlets with larger openings were explored, it was determined that this configuration, compatible with Eventuri's current intake system, offers the best balance of performance gains without requiring modifications to the intake. The result is a simple, bolt-on solution that improves performance and response without compromise.
