Many customers experience poor ride quality after installing lowering springs, particularly on the MQB platform, where progressive springs can create a "bouncy" rear end on rough roads. While stiffer rear shocks can mitigate this issue, they can be challenging to install for vehicles with magnetic suspension.
Leveraging extensive experience on the MQB platform and rigorous testing on our in-house S3 and MK7 GTI, we have developed the ideal lowering spring solution for use with factory dampers. Our springs utilize a linear design with unique spring rates that match the factory dampers, offering a ride quality that is slightly stiffer than stock but predictable and comfortable. Unlike progressive springs, which can be hard to match with dampers and create a bouncy ride over light bumps, our linear design maintains consistent rates, providing a smoother and more controlled ride.

Each spring set is 100% made in the USA exclusively for Emmanuele Design, constructed from high tensile chrome silicon. Each unit is shotpeened, pre-set, and rigorously tested to ensure critical dimensions and rates/loads meet exacting standards. The springs are powder-coated in a stealth black finish for an OEM appearance.
