Description
The Eisenmann G8X M3 / M4 Center Pipe Set is designed to unlock the full sound potential of BMW's S58 engine by reducing factory exhaust restrictions. The OEM center pipes on the G8X M3 and M4 contain both a pair of secondary catalytic converters and two large resonators, adding weight and diminishing performance acoustics. In comparison, the Eisenmann center pipe set reduces weight by approximately 10 lbs while enhancing sound clarity and depth.
This center pipe set integrates seamlessly with the Eisenmann Performance Exhaust but is also compatible with the factory rear section, giving you flexibility in sound customization. Available in two configurations, resonated or non-resonated, the Eisenmann center pipes provide options for tuning the exhaust note:
- Resonated Version: Provides a refined, balanced tone when paired with the Eisenmann rear exhaust.
- Non-Resonated Version with X-Pipe: Incorporates an X-pipe in place of the resonator, further enhancing sound flow for a more aggressive exhaust note, compatible with both the factory and Eisenmann rear sections.
Installing the Eisenmann center pipes offers a bolt-on solution that transforms the rear system from a European-style slip-on to a fully bolt-on configuration that U.S. enthusiasts prefer. The non-resonated version can also convert the stock rear muffler to a slip-on style, resulting in a bolder, race-inspired sound with a notable weight reduction.
Optional Upgrade:
Choose the Black Series finish with high-temperature ceramic coating, enhancing heat dissipation and providing additional corrosion resistance for prolonged durability.
