Elevate your B58 engine's performance with the Dorch Engineering Gen1 Flex Fuel ECA Kit, designed for the latest Gen1 B58 tuning software that supports true CAN-based Flex Fuel tuning. With advancements in MHD and BM3 features, our plug-and-play ECA solution eliminates the need for Bluetooth ethanol sensors. This CAN-based ethanol sensor monitors ethanol content and directly communicates with the DME for seamless Flex Fuel operation. The DME will automatically adjust the tune between high-powered E85 maps and pump gas maps based on real-time CAN communication, simplifying the tuning process.
Our kit offers zero cutting and zero wire-taps, ensuring a fully reversible installation that integrates seamlessly with the OEM harness. The ethanol sensor is mounted close to the injectors, reducing lag time and ensuring precise ethanol mixture delivery to the combustion chamber.
Installation is straightforward, adding approximately 30 minutes to a traditional HPFP install or about 1 hour on its own, depending on your skill level. Don’t be overwhelmed by the detailed DIY-friendly instruction manual—our kit is designed for ease of use and optimal performance.
