Upgrade your BMW's fueling system with the Dorch Engineering B58 Gen1 DS25 High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP), the next-generation replacement for the successful Dorch Stage 2 (DS2). Also known as Stage 2.5, the DS25 has been completely redesigned to deliver increased fuel flow, improved reliability, and optimized performance for high-horsepower B58 applications.
The DS25 features an improved pressure chamber, optimized spring rates, revised plunger depth, and enhanced volumetric efficiency. Designed to operate efficiently at up to 250 bar, it supports the increased fuel demands of modified engines running gasoline or ethanol blends.
Its redesigned external packaging maintains OEM hose routing, eliminating the need for cutting, bending, or crimping while preserving clearance for ignition coil and spark plug servicing. The kit includes a dedicated high-pressure fuel line and plug-and-play adapter harness for factory-style DME control when paired with the required software calibration.
For enthusiasts seeking additional fueling capacity, the DS25 is also available with an optional 40% Cam Upgrade.

Important Tuning Requirements
Software calibration changes are required to operate this pump correctly.
For supported Bootmod3, MHD, and MG Flasher applications, select the appropriate Dorch pump upgrade option when flashing.
For other tuning platforms, the appropriate Dorch calibration data must be implemented through a compatible tuning solution, such as WinOLS.
