Upgrade your FSI (timing-belt motor) with the CTS Turbo BOSS500 Turbo Kit, designed and developed by our expert engineers after a long and tedious R&D process. The BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution) upgrade kit is a modular package that can produce upwards of 600hp, without compromising long-term reliability.
At the heart of the BOSS500 Turbo Kit is our custom CHRA, installed into a CTS proprietary exhaust housing that is carefully cast and machined in-house to be compatible with any exhaust downpipe. The scroll area was designed to be approximately 0.63AR, resulting in excellent boost response and no possible restriction.
Unlike other manufacturers who put a larger turbo into a stock housing, we made our own to ensure maximum benefits. Custom oil/water lines complete this kit for easy installation, simple tuning, and problem-free operation.
Proprietary custom molded silicon hoses connect the turbo to your turbo outlet pipe and intake. The BOSS Turbo Upgrade is currently only compatible with CTS Turbo intake, but other intakes can be made to work.
The BOSS500 Turbo Kit is a direct bolt-on without any modifications to your car. It is compatible with factory or CTS Turbo DV/BOV and any exhaust downpipe. Only OEM or CTS Turbo outlet pipe is compatible at this time.
MK6 Golf R or 8P Audi S3 owners will require a DV block-off plate. Unfortunately, this kit does not fit right-hand drive vehicles.
The BOSS500 Turbo Kit comes with a CTS Turbo 50/67 dual ball-bearing CHRA with 11 blade billet compressor wheel, CTS Turbo exhaust housing, CTS Turbo wastegate bracket, CTS Turbo 4-ply silicone couplers, CTS Turbo oil lines, CTS Turbo water lines, and all necessary hardware for installation.
This product is capable of producing 400hp to 500hp, depending on fueling and engine modifications. Tuning is available for stock fueling and upgraded fueling from United Motorsport and Eurodyne.
