The CTS Turbo High-Flow Catalytic Converters are engineered specifically for the C8 Audi RS6 and RS7, providing a high-performance replacement for the restrictive factory catalytic converters located immediately after the turbochargers. Important Tuning Information
Stage 2 tuning software is required to avoid triggering the Check Engine Light (CEL).
Installation Instructions
For Vehicles Without OPF/GPF:

Transfer the factory oxygen (O2) sensors and tighten them to 30 ft-lbs.

Install the supplied OPF/GPF plugs and tighten them to 25 ft-lbs.

Tighten the downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft-lbs.
For Rest-of-World (ROW) Vehicles With OPF/GPF:

Remove the factory pressure sensors and lines from the factory catalytic converters.

Connect both ports of the pressure sensor together using the longer factory rubber hose and clamps.

Reinstall the pressure sensors and reconnect the wiring harness.

Install the OPF/GPF temperature probes and tighten them to 25 ft-lbs.

Transfer the factory oxygen (O2) sensors and tighten them to 30 ft-lbs.

Tighten the downpipe nuts and bolts to 16 ft-lbs.
