CTS Turbo is proud to present the highly anticipated updated version 3 of our renowned BOSS700 upgrade kit for the MQB platform, specifically designed for VW GTI/GOLF R and Audi A3/S3 models. Based on customer feedback and demands for a superior BOSS kit, our dedicated team of engineers went back to the drawing board to create an advanced and redesigned version of the popular BOSS 600 kit.
At the core of the aptly named BOSS (Bolt-On Speed Solution) MQB upgrade kit lies a reverse rotation Gen2 30/76 CHRA, meticulously crafted and machined to ensure compatibility with any exhaust downpipe. This design guarantees excellent boost response while eliminating any potential restrictions. The factory wastegate geometry is retained, allowing for easy tuning. Moreover, the turbo outlet measures 2.5" and is conveniently located in the factory position, ensuring seamless compatibility with a 2.5" turbo outlet pipe.
In addition to its exceptional performance, the BOSS700 V3 upgrade kit features an integrated wastegate actuator bracket and oil/water lines, offering a hassle-free installation experience. The kit is designed to provide simple tuning, enabling users to optimize their vehicle's performance without complications.
While the BOSS turbo upgrade is currently compatible with CTS Turbo intake systems, it may be possible to install other manufacturer's intakes, although guidance for such installations cannot be provided by us. Users have the flexibility to use either a CTS Turbo or other billet diverter/blow-off valve, as the factory DV remains compatible.
