Cooling Performance
The RENNtech by CSF radiator uses a modern 2-row B-Tube core while maintaining the original tube and fin row count. The shorter and more efficient B-Tubes allow CSF to use taller 6.5mm multi-louvered fins, increasing the heat-exchange surface area and improving airflow through the radiator.
CSF's B-Tube Technology is designed to increase heat transfer by approximately 15% compared with conventional oval welded tubes. Combined with the multi-louvered fins and all-aluminum construction, the radiator provides additional cooling capacity for demanding driving conditions and high-output M120 V12 applications.
All-Aluminum Construction
Unlike the original radiator's aluminum core with plastic end tanks, the CSF RENNtech radiator uses 100% TIG-welded aluminum construction. This eliminates the plastic tank design and helps address common long-term deterioration associated with aging plastic tanks, fittings, and hose connections.
The radiator also features an all-aluminum 90-degree overflow pipe, replacing the plastic OE design.
Built-In Transmission Oil Cooler
The radiator incorporates a 5-plate transmission oil cooler into the right-hand-side end tank. It uses the factory-style M14 x 1.5 inlet and outlet connections for a seamless installation with the original transmission cooling system.
