This high-performance radiator features a 2-row 42mm core utilizing CSF’s exclusive B-Tube Technology. Unlike conventional oval “O-type” tubes, CSF’s uniquely engineered “B-shaped” tubes are seam-brazed for increased structural strength. This design allows for thinner, lighter aluminum material while improving cooling efficiency. The increased internal surface area enhances heat transfer by approximately 15%, delivering the efficiency of two smaller tubes within the same packaging space. The result is improved thermal control through dual liquid laminar flow and consistent cooling under extreme operating conditions.
CSF also incorporates ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins that are precisely aligned to maximize airflow through the radiator core. Fin height, density, and spacing are carefully calculated for each application and wind-tunnel tested to achieve maximum heat rejection efficiency.
