The CSF radiator features a 2-row, 42mm ultra-high-performance aluminum core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology and new 5mm tall multi-louvered fins. This advanced core design increases the heat-exchange surface area while maintaining efficient airflow through the radiator. Compared with the factory radiator, the CSF design provides up to a 25% increase in overall heat-transfer efficiency.
CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology increases heat transfer by approximately 15% compared with conventional oval welded tubes. Combined with the new 5mm multi-louvered fins, the technology contributes to an overall heat-transfer improvement of up to 25%. The efficient fin design maximizes airflow and surface-area contact to improve cooling performance and recovery during demanding driving conditions.
The CSF radiator core is 28% larger than the original Ferrari FF/GTC4Lusso radiator and 14% larger than the F12/812/Monza radiator. This increased core volume is achieved through the thicker 2-row, 42mm aluminum core, which increases coolant capacity and improves the radiator's ability to dissipate heat. The design also incorporates an additional cooling tube and fin row.
The radiator is constructed from 100% TIG-welded aluminum, eliminating the factory plastic end-tank design and providing increased strength, durability, and longevity. CNC-machined mounting brackets and OEM-style double-barbed inlet and outlet connections maintain factory-style installation and fitment.
The CSF radiator is designed to fit in the original equipment location while utilizing the factory ducting and mounting system. The satin black finish provides a clean OEM-style appearance, while the true plug-and-play drop-in design requires absolutely no modifications.
For additional reliability and quality control, each radiator is individually leak and pressure tested before leaving production and is backed by a 2-year limited warranty.

CSF vs. OEM:
The original Ferrari FF, GTC4Lusso, F12, 812, and Monza radiators use aluminum cores crimped onto plastic end tanks. While the factory design is generally regarded as durable and effective, CSF's 100% all-aluminum TIG-welded construction provides a stronger and more durable alternative.
The CSF radiator uses a 2-row 42mm core compared with the factory 1-row designs. The CSF core contains 87 cooling tubes compared with 86 in the OEM radiators and 88 cooling fin rows compared with 87. The CSF radiator also uses aluminum end tanks and 100% TIG-welded construction instead of the OEM plastic tanks and crimp-on-gasket construction.
