Built in collaboration with PWR, this high-performance cooling system was designed to handle the intense demands of tuned and track-focused twin-turbo Ferrari V8s pushing 35 PSI of boost—even in factory form.
Unlike conventional aftermarket solutions that rely on oversized cores, the CSF system maintains factory fitment and dimensions while drastically improving cooling efficiency through Formula-1-grade core technology. These PWR-manufactured rolled tube cores feature internal fins for optimized airflow, heat transfer, and rapid IAT recovery. This results in elimination of heat soak, improved power consistency, and higher resistance to temperature spikes under load.
Designed as a true drop-in upgrade, these intercoolers require no modifications and are fully compatible with all OEM components—including mounts, shrouds, BPV/BOV, and fans. CSF even includes high-density foam seals to maintain OEM-level airflow control and efficiency.
Each unit is crafted with CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks, 100% TIG welded for superior strength and long-term durability under high boost and racing conditions. The raw billet finish offers a motorsport-grade aesthetic, while an optional Thermal Black Heat Dispersion Coating is available for enhanced thermal radiation and stealth appearance.
