CORSA Performance’s Xtreme & Sport 3.0" Cat-Back Single Side Exit exhaust system is designed for Ford F-150 SuperCab with 6.5 FT Bed and SuperCrew with 5.5 FT Bed, both with a 145.4" wheelbase. This system replaces the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back, delivering aggressive tone and improved performance.
The Sport sound level provides an aggressive cold start and moderately aggressive tone under acceleration while maintaining near-stock in-cabin volume. The Xtreme sound level is CORSA’s loudest option, producing a deeper, more aggressive tone than Sport during cold start and acceleration, with minimal extra cabin volume. All exit styles are up to 14 dB louder than stock under heavy acceleration.
Constructed from 3.0" 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent tubing, the system features dual-wall stainless steel Pro-Series tips in polished or optional black PVD coating. Weight savings: Xtreme -27 lbs / Sport -23 lbs. Bolt-on installation requires no welding.
