The CORSA Performance Xtreme & Sport 3.0" Cat-Back Dual Rear Exit system is designed for Ford F-150 Regular Cab with 141.5" wheelbase and 8-foot bed. This system replaces the stock exhaust from the catalytic converters back, delivering aggressive sound, improved flow, and performance gains.
The Sport sound level provides an aggressive cold start and moderately aggressive exhaust note under acceleration while maintaining near-stock in-cabin volume. The Xtreme sound level is CORSA’s loudest exhaust option, noticeably more aggressive than Sport during cold start and acceleration, with only slightly more interior volume. Dual Rear Exit configuration achieves up to 20 dB louder than stock under heavy acceleration.
Weight savings over stock: Xtreme ~13 lbs, Sport ~9 lbs. Engineered using CORSA Performance’s proprietary Science of Sound technology, the system enhances exhaust tone while minimizing unwanted drone.
Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel with mandrel-bent 3.0-inch tubing, the system features single 4.0-inch dual wall straight cut tips with polished stainless steel or optional black PVD coating. Installation is bolt-on, with no welding required.
