The CORSA Performance Closed Box Air Intake System for the 2.3L Turbo Bronco is engineered to deliver streamlined cold air delivery, improved throttle response, and increased intake tone — all without requiring a tune.

Constructed from rugged rotomolded cross-link polyethylene, this intake system is built to withstand extreme on-road and off-road conditions. The fully enclosed airbox design isolates incoming air from engine bay heat while maximizing airflow to help the 2.3L EcoBoost engine perform at its peak.

CORSA’s patented smoked acrylic airbox cover allows for quick and easy filter inspection, while the integrated drain port at the bottom of the airbox ensures proper water evacuation during off-road use. A hydrophobic pre-filter is included to protect against water ingestion and extend maintenance intervals.

Drivers can select from three unique filtration options — DryTech synthetic, MaxFlow oiled, or maintenance-free Donaldson PowerCore® — allowing the system to be tailored to individual driving styles.

This system significantly increases air intake tone and turbo whine while maintaining reliable filtration performance.
