The COBB Volkswagen Stage 1 Power Package GTI (Mk6) – cobb6V1X01 bundles the Accessport V3 ECU tuner with the COBB High Flow Filter to deliver a noticeable increase in horsepower, torque, and overall drivability for the Mk6 GTI. The Accessport V3 replaces the factory ECU logic with performance-oriented calibrations, unlocking power hidden by conservative stock mapping. Users can follow COBB’s staged upgrade path with pre-loaded Off-The-Shelf (OTS) maps or use custom tuning for expanded modifications.
Included in this package is the COBB High Flow Filter, engineered to maximize airflow while maintaining excellent filtration through a woven cotton media supported by a metal mesh and a molded rubber base. This washable, reusable filter provides improved flow characteristics that help the engine breathe more efficiently, enhancing performance and fuel economy over time.
Thanks to the system’s CARB Executive Order (EO D-660-38), the package is 50-state legal and approved for use on emissions-controlled vehicles. Installation is simple, reversible, and requires only basic tools. With the ability to monitor live data, record datalogs, adjust launch control and flat-foot shifting (USDM GTI only), and store up to 100 maps, the Accessport V3 offers exceptional flexibility for daily driving or performance-focused builds.
