Take your 2021–2023 Ford F-150 Raptor 3.5L EcoBoost to the next level with the COBB Tuning Stage 2 Redline Carbon Fiber Intake Power Package with Black Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC). This performance package combines COBB's Accessport V3 ECU/TCM tuning technology, Redline Carbon Fiber Intake system, and high-capacity front mount intercooler to improve airflow, charge-air cooling, throttle response, and overall engine performance.
COBB Accessport V3 ECU & TCM Tuning
At the heart of the package is the COBB Accessport V3, a versatile engine and transmission tuning solution designed to replace conservative factory calibrations with optimized performance maps. The Accessport allows you to flash the vehicle's ECU with COBB Off-The-Shelf (OTS) maps and provides the flexibility to support additional bolt-on modifications as your build progresses.
This version of the Accessport also supports TCM tuning, allowing you to modify transmission behavior to better match your driving style and performance goals. Included transmission calibrations can adjust:
- Shift points
- Shift firmness
- Skip-shift behavior
- Torque limits
- Overall transmission response
The Accessport no longer requires the ECU to be removed and shipped out for tuning, providing a more convenient installation and calibration process.
Redline Carbon Fiber Intake System
The COBB Redline Carbon Fiber Intake is engineered to increase airflow while maintaining an OEM-quality fit and finish. The system replaces the factory air-box piping with 3-inch intake tubing and incorporates COBB's HydroCarbon Trap (HCT) technology into the intake system.
HCT, or HydroCarbon Trap, is an emissions component designed to help reduce the release of vapors and gases from the vehicle. COBB integrates this component into the new intake tubing while optimizing the system for increased airflow and performance.
The carbon fiber components feature a 3K tow, 2x2 twill weave construction with a gloss clear coat, providing a premium appearance while delivering durable performance.
A custom carbon fiber airbox lid replaces the factory lid and works with COBB's reusable dual-inlet high-flow air filter. The filter provides approximately 165% more surface area than the stock filter, helping increase the intake system's airflow capacity.
The intake system uses black 4-ply silicone couplers secured with black e-coated stainless-steel clamps for a clean, durable, and OEM-quality installation.
High-Capacity Front Mount Intercooler
The included COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) is designed to significantly increase intercooler capacity compared with the factory unit. Measuring 24 inches wide x 14 inches tall x 3.5 inches thick, the larger core provides substantially greater volume while maintaining minimal pressure drop.
The increased intercooler capacity helps improve charge-air cooling, making it an ideal upgrade when combined with the performance tuning provided by the Accessport.
Installation is straightforward and requires only minor trimming to the backside of the grille. The intercooler is designed to retain the factory Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) bracket when used with the stock bumper.
Intake Snorkel Compatibility
If your Raptor is still equipped with the factory intake snorkel, the COBB Intake Snorkel Bracket (8G4625) is required for installation.
Alternatively, you can upgrade to the COBB Redline Carbon Fiber Air Scoop, which includes the required snorkel bracket and provides an upgraded intake air inlet solution.

Important Note
If retaining the factory intake snorkel, the COBB Intake Snorkel Bracket (8G4625) is required. The Redline Carbon Fiber Air Scoop is an alternative that includes the necessary snorkel bracket.
