Description
Upgrade your truck’s charge-air cooling system with the COBB Tuning Front Mount Intercooler, designed for select 2017–2020 Ford F-150 EcoBoost applications. Finished in black, this front mount intercooler is designed to help reduce the temperature of compressed air before it enters the engine, supporting more consistent intake air temperatures under demanding driving conditions.
Turbocharged engines generate heat as air is compressed. An effective intercooler helps remove some of that heat before the air reaches the engine, which can support more consistent performance during acceleration, towing, spirited driving, and other high-load situations. The COBB Tuning intercooler is intended as an upgrade to the charge-air cooling system for compatible EcoBoost configurations.
This intercooler is listed for 3.5L and 2.7L EcoBoost applications, including select F-150 Raptor and Limited models. Because intercooler fitment can vary by engine, model year, trim, and existing modifications, confirm the exact vehicle application and installation requirements before ordering. Any tuning requirements should also be verified for the specific vehicle and configuration.
