Description
The CARGRAPHIC Sport Rear Silencer with Integrated Exhaust Valves (SOUND / SUPER SOUND Version) is a high-performance exhaust upgrade for the Porsche 957 Cayenne S V8 4.8L. Engineered from SS304L lightweight stainless steel with CNC mandrel-bent pipework, it delivers dynamic, model-specific sound while maintaining smooth and drone-free operation.
This set includes:
- CARGRAPHIC rear silencer with integrated exhaust valves (pressureless open)
- Switchable SOUND / SUPER SOUND dual mode
SOUND / SUPER SOUND operation:
- Valves closed: Quieter, enhanced sporty SOUND note, ideal for practical and pleasant cruising
- Valves open: Aggressive SUPER SOUND note with sharper, crisper, and louder performance; includes burbling and backfire with accelerator input
Additional features include reinforced laser-cut brackets, olive- and slide connections for easy installation, and Aeroquip fittings to accommodate heat expansion without cracking. The exhaust valves are designed to OE/factory specifications for reliable operation.
Performance benefits include dyno-tested gains of up to 11KW (15PS) and 25Nm of additional torque, reduced backpressure, lower operating temperatures, improved throttle response, freer revving, and enhanced low-level tone that sharpens and increases in volume with engine revs.
