The CARGRAPHIC 2-Mode Exhaust Valve Control Unit allows full control over the electronic exhaust valves of the Volkswagen Golf VIII R. Operation is managed via the factory ESP button and Drive Select profile switch.

Exhaust valve control modes:
- Dynamic Mode: Valves always open
- Auto Mode: Valves open at 3000 rpm / 80% throttle, just before kickdown
- Comfort Mode: Valves open at 4500 rpm / 80% throttle, just before kickdown
- Manual override: Double-click ESP button closes or opens valves in any mode (valves always open at 4500 rpm for safety)
