The Stage 3 Power Package is engineered to deliver substantial increases in horsepower and torque while optimizing the performance of the BMW S63 engine. Using 93-octane fuel, the package produces up to 676 wheel horsepower and 639 lb-ft of wheel torque, with 824 flywheel horsepower and 779 lb-ft of flywheel torque. This represents gains of 89 wheel horsepower and 74 lb-ft of wheel torque at the wheels, along with 109 flywheel horsepower and 90 lb-ft of flywheel torque.
With 100-octane fuel, the tuned configuration produces up to 723 wheel horsepower and 652 lb-ft of wheel torque, corresponding to 882 flywheel horsepower and 795 lb-ft of flywheel torque. Compared with the stock output of 587 wheel horsepower and 565 lb-ft of wheel torque, the 100-octane calibration provides gains of up to 136 wheel horsepower and 87 lb-ft of wheel torque. At the flywheel, the gains reach 166 horsepower and 106 lb-ft of torque.
CarBahn EVO Intelligent software is designed to adapt seamlessly to various fuel octane levels, optimizing performance without compromising safety. The software retains the vehicle's existing safety features while adding extra protection as needed, allowing the performance calibration to accommodate different fuel octane levels.
The Stage 3 Power Package includes one Stage 3 software calibration, two 3.5-bar MAP sensors, one lightweight CarBahn heat exchanger, two CSF intercoolers with brackets, and two CarBahn high-flow air filters. The package also removes the factory top-speed governor, allowing the vehicle to utilize its increased performance capability.
