The CANchecked Kia Stinger MFD15 Multi Function Display – 1.5" Gen2 is a compact, configurable digital display designed for Kia Stinger enthusiasts and tuners who want convenient access to important engine and vehicle data.
The MFD15 Gen2 combines CAN Bus integration, OBD2 data access, WiFi configuration, expandable sensor inputs, customizable display pages, and configurable alarms in a compact 1.5-inch OLED display.
Its OLED screen provides excellent readability, including in direct sunlight, while the integrated front-facing LED can be configured as a shift light and/or warning indicator.
This application-specific kit includes a vehicle-specific bezel and OBD connection cable for the 2018–2023 Kia Stinger, with support for both left-hand-drive (LHD) and right-hand-drive (RHD) vehicles.

Display & Customization
The MFD15 Gen2 provides a compact display interface that can be configured to show the vehicle information most important to the driver.
Users can customize the display with their own startup logo and color scheme, allowing the MFD15 Gen2 to be personalized to the Kia Stinger and the driver's preferences.
The integrated front LED can also be configured to provide a visual indication for gear shifting or warning conditions.
CAN Bus & OBD2 Data
The MFD15 Gen2 supports communication with compatible CAN Bus ECUs, custom CAN streams, and OBD2 systems.
CAN Bus data availability depends on the vehicle's communication architecture, installed control units, model year, and software configuration. The system can access deeper vehicle data on selected applications where dedicated CAN integration is available.
OBD2 data availability likewise varies according to the vehicle and its control modules.
Additional Sensor Inputs
The MFD15 Gen2 provides up to six analog sensor inputs, allowing additional sensors to be connected directly to the display.
An ethanol sensor can also be connected directly to the display for flex-fuel monitoring. Flex-fuel functionality may require an applicable software license.
The supplied pre-assembled cables include connections intended for power supply, CAN Bus, analog inputs, 5V supply, and sensor ground.
Alarms & Data Logging
The display supports configurable preset alarms that can be activated and customized according to the user's requirements.
For example, an alarm can be configured to provide a prominent warning when a monitored parameter such as exhaust gas temperature exceeds a selected threshold.
The MFD15 Gen2 also supports online data logging through a smartphone or PC, allowing recorded data to be saved for later analysis. Data logging functionality may require a license.
Vehicle Compatibility & Data Availability
CANchecked products communicate directly with compatible vehicles through CAN Bus and/or OBD2 systems.
CAN Bus became widely available in production vehicles from approximately 2008 onward, but the actual availability of data depends on the vehicle manufacturer, model, model year, installed control units, and software version.
Some vehicles provide only limited information through standard OBD diagnostics. For selected applications, CANchecked offers dedicated integrations that can access additional information directly from internal vehicle communication networks.
Available parameters and functions may vary between individual vehicles, including vehicles within the same model range.

The MFD15 Gen2 kit includes a vehicle-specific LHD/RHD bezel and OBD connection cable for the 2018–2023 Kia Stinger.
The supplied 20cm pre-assembled cables are intended for connecting power, CAN Bus, analog inputs, 5V supply, and sensor ground. Additional pins are supplied for custom connections where required.
