Description
Easily convert your MINI to high-quality, Italian-made racing wheel studs with the Burger Tuning Racing Wheel Stud Conversion Kit. Designed for both street and track applications, this wheel stud conversion kit provides faster and easier wheel changes while helping reduce wear and tear on your wheel hubs.
Each kit contains either 10 or 8 wheel studs and 10 or 8 17mm lug bolts and will convert two wheels depending on the vehicle's lug bolt pattern.
Thread Pattern
The Burger Tuning Racing Wheel Stud Conversion Kit is available in two thread patterns based on the MINI's production date. Please verify your vehicle's thread size if you are unsure which option is required.
- M14 x 1.25: August of 2006 and after production date
- M12 x 1.5: Up to July of 2006 production date
Wheel Stud Lengths
The wheel studs can be used with or without wheel spacers and are available in two different total lengths.
- 75mm total length with 60mm shank length: Allows for wheel spacer thicknesses up to 12mm
- 90mm total length with 75mm shank length: Allows for wheel spacer thicknesses up to 20mm

Installation Instructions
Be sure the hub threads are free of contaminants before installation. It is recommended to place a drop of medium-strength thread locker on the end of the stud being installed into the hub.
Screw the stud into the hub by hand. Then use a 5mm Allen socket and torque the stud to 15 ft-lbs (20 Nm) of torque. Make sure the shank/stop of the stud bottoms against the hub.
Place the wheel onto the installed studs. Then torque the lug nuts in a star pattern to 104 ft-lbs (140.00 Nm).
