Description
The Burger Tuning N54/N55 to B58 Coil Upgrade Adapter Kit allows BMW owners to replace the factory N54 and N55 ignition coils with high-output B58 coils for a significant improvement in ignition performance. This kit is engineered for enthusiasts seeking stronger spark energy, better combustion stability, and greater reliability under stock or modified boost levels.
To make B58 coils compatible with N54 and N55 engines, Burger Tuning designed precision-machined billet aluminum adapter brackets. The kit also includes plug-and-play connector harnesses and new ignition coil boots, ensuring a direct, simplified installation with no wiring modifications. The kit is compatible with BMS High Output B58 coils, factory BMW B58 coils, and most aftermarket B58 coils.
Recommended Coils (Sold Separately)
The BMS High Output B58 ignition coils deliver approximately 2–3 times more energy than factory N54/N55 coils and offer an extended spark duration. These coil-on-plug units mount directly in the factory locations and eliminate the need for traditional spark plug wires.
