The factory turbo inlet is designed primarily for OEM packaging and incorporates restrictions and a sound resonator that can limit airflow. The BMS short turbo inlet replaces the factory unit with a smooth, high-flow aluminum design, helping the turbocharger draw air more efficiently. The result is improved airflow characteristics, sharper engine response, and increased turbo efficiency.
Constructed from durable aluminum, the BMS inlet provides a significant strength upgrade over the factory plastic component. The CNC-machined turbo fitting is precisely manufactured for a clean, secure installation and an OEM-like finished appearance.
